My Mental Health Counseling and Therapy practices!

I specialize in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I also offer support for a broad range of other mental health concerns. Sessions are available via phone, video call, text, or in-person.

(50 minute session, weekly/bi-weekly)

Unlock the power of your subconscious mind to manage stress, break unwanted habits, or improve focus. Hypnotherapy sessions can be conducted virtually or in-person at my Colchester office.

(1 hour, weekly/bi-weekly)

Find deep relaxation and reduce stress through Reiki, a hands-off energy healing practice. Reiki sessions can be conducted via phone, video call, or in-person at my Colchester office.

(1 hour, weekly/bi-weekly)

Experience deep and lasting change in a shorter timeframe. RTT combines hypnotherapy with powerful techniques to address core issues. You’ll also receive a personalized recording to support your progress.

(Up to 1.5 hours, typically 1-3 sessions)
